Refund and Returns Policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
For your return to be valid, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Various types of products cannot be returned. Perishable products, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery. Refunds (if applicable) Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically applied as a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected. Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time to process before you see a refund reflect. Sale Items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
At our store, customer satisfaction is a priority, but we want to make sure that all the products you receive are new and in the best condition. Therefore, we do not accept returns of products that have been used . All items must be returned in the condition you received them, with no signs of use and in their original packaging. This policy is in place to preserve the quality of our products and ensure a fair and safe shopping experience for all our customers.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at nostalgixretro1@gmail.com.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we shipped it directly to you, you'll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver chose to have the order shipped to them and then give the order to you, a refund will be sent to the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.
Shipping Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
